Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframe is currently 15–25 business days after dispatch for most destinations.

Due to ongoing global events and disruptions to certain international shipping routes, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We are working closely with our logistics partners to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery estimates are provided in business days only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Tracking statuses such as “In transit,” “Out for delivery,” or “Delivery attempted” indicate the parcel is still actively moving through the carrier network.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Carrier access restrictions (e.g. gated properties, secure buildings)
  • Failure to collect parcels from local depots

Orders returned to the carrier due to failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak periods or holidays
  • Force majeure events

Refunds will not be issued for delays that are within the stated delivery timeframe.

Remote & Restricted Delivery Areas

We aim to deliver to as many locations as possible; however, certain remote or hard-to-access regions may fall outside our standard shipping coverage.

This includes (but is not limited to) areas such as parts of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural or off-grid locations, islands, and regions without regular postal or courier access.

In such cases:

  • Delivery may not be available
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Orders may be delayed or cancelled if delivery cannot be completed

If your shipping address is identified as a remote or restricted location, we will contact you to discuss available options or issue a full refund if necessary.

We recommend contacting us prior to placing your order if you are unsure whether your location is serviceable.

PO Box Addresses

We do not ship to PO Box addresses unless explicitly stated. Some of our shipping partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and providing one may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

If a PO Box address is submitted:

  • We may contact you to request an alternative address
  • Your order may be delayed
  • Your order may be cancelled and refunded if no alternative address is provided

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is lost or has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Resolutions may include:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund (where applicable)

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
