Refund policy
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (1-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or experiences a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery under normal use, you may be eligible for a replacement.
To request a replacement, please contact us at info@productsglobal.uk with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Approved claims will receive a free replacement. Returned items are not required.
RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS
We do not accept physical returns for items that are not damaged or defective. This includes, but is not limited to, change-of-mind purchases.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion. Full refunds are not available for non-defective items.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider and typically take 5–7 business days after approval.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Gift cards and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-refundable.
